Janet Smith married George Oll in Wick on the 12th January 1787. He was described as a ‘Weaver’.
There is no information at the moment on the parents of either George or Janet or where or when they were born.
Currently, I have discovered that they had four children born in the Wick area as follows; -
Alexander – born about December 1787
William - born about July 1790
Elizabeth - born about January 1795
John - born about January 1799
Apart from Alexander and John nothing is known about the other two children
