Elizabeth Auld, the eldest daughter of Alexander and Catherine Auld (m.s.Wares), was born on the 14th November 1865 in Lyth, Bower, Caithness.
Little is known of her except she did not marry. She died at Bridge of Canny Post Office, near Banchory, Kincardineshire, which was run by her sister, Ellen (“Nellie”).
She died there on the 16th December 1944 and was buried with her parents in Banchory Cemetery
